Scientific Innovation Competition “Smart Telemetry for Water Monitoring”
As part of the celebrations commemorating 50 years since the establishment of the National Water Research Center (NWRC) — a premier institution at the forefront of research in water resources management, water quality, and river hydraulics — the NWRC is pleased to launch a national scientific competition for young researchers and engineers under the theme:
“Smart Telemetry for Water Monitoring.”
This initiative reflects the Center’s ongoing commitment to advancing scientific research and fostering innovation in the water sector. It also underscores NWRC’s strategic vision of bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, by empowering the next generation of scientists and practitioners to develop smart, cost-effective, and scalable solutions for water monitoring and management.
The competition seeks to harness innovative thinking to support Egypt’s sustainable development goals and promote the efficient use of its vital water resources.
