Renewal of international accreditation from the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation (CALA)

The Central Laboratory for Environmental Quality Monitoring (CLEQM) of the National Water Research center (NWRC) has acquired the international accreditation renewal certificate from the Canadian Association for laboratory Accreditation (CALA) that will be valid till September 2022 in accordance with the recognized international standard ISO17025:2017. This accreditation demonstrates the CLEQM technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of the laboratory quality management system after passing the comprehensive assessment site visit that was carried out by one of CALA's assessors in December 2019.
