Visit to Wadi Al Natroun Station

As part of the close cooperation among the MWRI sectors, NWRC; the Regional Training Center for Water Resources and Irrigation carried out two field visits for a number of Egyptian and African trainees to Wadi Al Natroun Station affiliate to the Water Management Research Institute for two groups of trainees in the sector on September 8 and 11, 2019. The trainees were briefed on the latest irrigation systems used in research activities, which include drip irrigation, spray irrigation and pivot irrigation systems carried out by the Institute as part of the ministry's strategy to regulate irrigation systems and maximize water utilization.
