Visit of a Delegation from the Republic of Mozambique

As a continuation of the relations of cooperation between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Mozambique, and as part of the activities that followed the activities of the 2nd Cairo Water Week, which was held from 20-24 October 2019, a delegation from the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Mozambique paid a technical visit to the NWRC’s Campus at the Delta Barrages. The delegation visited some institutes, among which are: Environment and Climate Change Research Institute; Water Management Research Institute; Research Institute for Groundwater; Water Resources Research Institute, Cent Central Laboratory for Environmental Quality Monitoring (CLEQM); and finally the Hydraulic Research Institute. During the visit, the delegation complimented NWRC’s potentials and pioneering studies and expressed the desire to sign a protocol of cooperation with NWRC for cooperation in the field of water studies and research.
