In line with the pivotal role played by the National Water Research Center (NWRC) in supporting the state’s efforts to achieve sustainable management of water and agricultural resources, Prof. Sherif Mohamady, President of NWRC, participated in a consultation workshop on advancing sustainable agricultural water management in Egypt, organized by the International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA).
In his speech, he emphasized the importance of cooperation between Egypt and ICARDA as one of the key pillars for supporting sustainable agriculture and addressing the challenges of water.
